Terms of Use

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of rubricary.com, the Rubricary marketing website. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is

The site presents Rubricary, a public registry of versioned system prompts, each with its own evals and a score on every version. It is informational. The product itself, at app.rubricary.com, is governed by its own Terms of Use.

3. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, text, wordmark and graphics belong to Rubricary. You may view the site and share its link. You may not copy, resell or present it as your own work.

Each prompt shown in the registry belongs to its author and is offered under the license shown on its page in the app. Nothing on this site grants you rights to a prompt beyond that license.

4. Scores and registry data

Scores, verdicts and counts shown on the page come from the registry and are produced with the help of AI models. They are provided for guidance only. They can be wrong or out of date, and they are not a certification that a prompt is safe, correct or fit for any purpose. Review a prompt yourself before relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with it or overload it, to attempt unauthorized access, or to scrape it in bulk. To read registry data programmatically, use the documented API, CLI or MCP server at app.rubricary.com/docs.

6. Third-party links

The site links to services we do not control, including app.rubricary.com. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data, including Google Analytics and your choices, is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Rubricary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from relying on the site or on a score. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may change the site or these terms. A new "last updated" date marks a change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
